Workflow Design & AI-Enabled Process Improvement

I was preparing to run around 21 virtual workshops across different business units and needed a more efficient way to turn the discussions into the Excel, Word and PowerPoint documentation required by my project manager.

Olufunke helped me translate that need into a practical workflow. She provided templates, reusable prompts, a step-by-step guide and an automated workflow to capture workshop outcomes and populate my project documentation—Excel for data, PowerPoint for reporting and Word for training materials.

She took time to understand the required formats and how the outputs would fit into my existing work, with the documents produced as local files.
