Over the years, I've become increasingly interested in what happens when we begin to look at our experience differently.

The things we've learned through work, the problems we've solved, the decisions we've made and the knowledge we've accumulated along the way.

There's often more value in those experiences than we realise.

Every other week, I share reflections on experience, work, reinvention and the possibilities we sometimes overlook in what we already know.

Sometimes it'll be a question I've been considering. Sometimes something I've learned through my work. And occasionally, a practical idea you might find useful as you think about your own next chapter.
